Don't think it matters what you look like or how you are shaped, what matters is that you keep fit and healthy to help prevent illness. My mom now consumes Shakeology. Her years of illness, recent diagnosis of Parkinsons, PreCancer and other medical problems had left her having difficulty walking. No proof, but now that she uses Shakeology (Chocolate), she is more mobile, blood pressure is normal and she is having more energy.
