Calories a Day!

Don't go below 1,200 calories a day, or !,500 a day for men or women taller than 5' 9'' .
Your body needs proper nutrition to burn fat efficiently. Otherwise, your body will think it's
starving and slow your metabolism. NOT GOOD!
